Spex is your scope of loss tool for photo reports, forms, and more. But sometimes we don't meet all of your needs. If you need to export a diagram file from Rigid Sketch (see: App Store or Google Play store), and import it into Spex, follow the steps below.

Once you've completed your Rigid diagram, tap the export button at the bottom of the screen.

From the menu that appears, tap "Photo Library" to send the diagram to your device's library.

You'll see a success message.

Return to the Spex app, and navigate to the Structure/Area you want to add the diagram to. Tap the big (+) button to add an asset to the area.

Once you're there, tap "Diagram" from the list of asset options.

Tap Library on the right hand side.

You'll see your photo library. Find your Rigid diagram file and tap on it to select it (1). Then hit save (2).

Return to the main view of Structure/Area you are in. You'll see your diagram now appears as an asset in this area.

That's it! If you need some help with exporting from a third party app, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of this page.
