There are three different types of Export from the Spex Web Dashboard:

  1. PDF Photo Sheet
  2. All Assets Archive
  3. All Photos Archive

In this article, we'll show you the steps to take for each type of export.

Exporting a PDF Photo Sheet

1. On the Web Dashboard, find the Project you need to Export your PDF from, in the Project Directory and click on it.

2. Once you're on the Project Page, click "View Spex Report" at the top right hand corner of the page.

The page you arrive on is a shareable SpexReport link, which you can send and share with other people who need to see this Project.

3. Click on "Export" on the top right hand corner of the SpexReport page.

4. Then click on "PDF Photo Sheet" from the selection of options shown.

5. A PDF of your SpexReport will start to be generated, and a message will appear on the bottom of the webpage when the download is ready.

Your PDF Photo Sheet will begin downloading to your computer - most likely in a "Downloads" folder that you maintain on your hard drive.

Exporting All Assets

To download All Assets (Photos, Videos, Notes, Forms, Diagrams, and Audio files) from your Inspection into a .zip folder, follow Steps 1-3 above. Then:

4. Click "All Assets Archive" from the selection of options shown.

5. A .zip folder of All Assets within your SpexReport will start to download to your computer - most likely in a "Downloads" folder that you maintain on your hard drive.

Exporting All Photos

To download All Photos from your Inspection in a .zip folder, follow Steps 1-3 above. Then:

4. Click "All Photos Archive" from the selection of options shown.

5. A .zip folder of All Photos within your SpexReport will start to download to your computer - most likely in a "Downloads" folder that you maintain on your hard drive.
