Overview: If your organization has multiple accounts set up in Spex, you can switch between the different accounts as a user on the Web Dashboard by following the steps below, and on the Field App by following the guide available here

  • Begin by logging into the Web Dashboard of your Spex account.
  • Once logged in, you will see your name and the name of the current account you're viewing in the top-right. Click on the down arrow next to your name to access the menu.
  • In the top section of the drop-down menu labeled "Switch Accounts", you will see the different account options available to you. 
  • Click on the account you would like to navigate to.
  • You should now be in the account you selected. You can verify that you successfully changed accounts by checking under your name in the top right, or below the Spex logo in the top-left.

That's it! You'll now be able to navigate between your organization's different accounts on the Web Dashboard.
