The best way for us to diagnose any issue you're having is to get under the hood of your device - and we can do that by looking at your device logs. Here's how to send us your device logs from either your iOS or Android device.

From your iOS device

  1. Open the Spex app and navigate to the Report List. 
  2. Tap on your name in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

3. Tap on "Send Device Logs" on the right hand side of the box that appears. 

4. Type a message to give us some context about what kind of issue you're having. This is not required.

5. When ready, tap "Send" in the upper right hand corner of the message box. Then you're done!


From your Android device

  1. Open the Spex app and navigate to the Report List. 
  2. Tap on the vertical ellipsis button in the top right hand side of the screen.

3. Tap on the "Version / Logs" menu item.

4. Tap on the "Send Device Logs" button.

5. Type a message to give us some context about what kind of issue you're having. This is not required.

6. When your email is ready, tap the send button (paper airplane) in the upper right hand corner of the message. Then you're done!
