Do some of your photos on your project look like this?

This "Not Synced" message on photos sometimes happens due to a poor connection when syncing. There are a few things you can do to help the project fix itself.

Take a new photo

  1. On your device, open the project that you're having problems with.
  2. On the Project Detail page, tap on "Continue Inspection."
  3. Open any structure/area in the project.
  4. Tap on the plus (+) button to add a new photo.
  5. Take a new photo. It doesn't have to be of anything relevant to the project. You'll delete this photo after the project is fixed.
  6. Return to the main project view.
  7. Get on some good WiFi (at least 10 Mbps).
  8. Tap "Sync."
  9. Tap "Sync & Complete."
  10. After the Sync is done, check the project on the Spex Web Dashboard to see if the project has been fixed and your photos are coming through.
